Order Questions

Will my piece be the exact same as my submitted drawing?

Our CAD engineers use state of the art technology to create an exact, digital copy of your artwork. Please note, in some instances, small features of your creation may be varied for quality production and structural purposes.

Worried about ordering a bespoke item without seeing it first? Send us a message with your design and we'll send you a 3D drawing before it’s sent to the printers.

How do I choose which drawing to submit?

Our CAD engineers suggest submitting drawings created with distinct lines. In some instances, small features of your creation may be varied for quality production and structural purposes. Any changes will be ready for you to view when your 3D drawing is sent to you.

How do I submit my chosen drawing?

After the perfect artwork has been chosen, simply use the "upload your design" button on the product page to provide us with the goods!

Uploaded images cannot exceed 10MB and must be in either JPG or PNG format.

If you are unsure about placing your order without seeing the finished product first, send us a message with your artwork for a complimentary 3D drawing of your piece, before you place the order.

Which precious metal is best for me?

Sterling silver is a soft material. Our sterling silver pendants goes through the process of age hardening, a unique strengthening process, to create a piece that is tough, strong and durable; far outlasting any competitor’s product. Furthermore, our sterling silver products are rhodium plated to protect against oxidisation and tarnishing.

Our gold is highly refined and made from the finest raw materials. Our white gold is rhodium plated to protect against oxidisation and tarnishing. Our 9 and 18 carat gold alloys contain zero nickel - a highly toxic allergen.

How do I care for my piece?

All Stevie and Sol pieces come with a microfibre cleaning cloth. It is best to clean your pieces with this. Ensure that sterling silver jewellery is dry before putting it away to avoid tarnishing. Be sure to seal your jewellery in an air-tight, non-humid location, that is free from moisture. We recommend storing your pieces individually and inside their packaging when you are not wearing them. Do not wear your jewellery whilst in a chlorinated pool.

Can I visit you in store?

We are strictly an online store, for now.

Shipping Questions

How long will it take to receive my item?

We will endeavour to ship your order within 2-3 weeks of being placed.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia. For orders placed using standard shipping, please allow 2-8 business days for your parcel to arrive.

We have a flat rate of $20 for express shipping within Australia using AusPost. For orders placed using express shipping, please allow 1-4 business days for your parcel to arrive.

Can I track my item’s delivery?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number after your parcel has been sent.

Do you ship out of Australia?

Yes, we do! We offer international shipping, where the cost is calculated at checkout.

For international shipping, Stevie & Sol does not take any responsibility for any potential costs incurred from customs duties, foreign taxes or any other charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. These fees rest solely with you, the buyer.

Returns Questions

Can I cancel or change my order?

All orders are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products due to change of mind. If, however, you have made an error with your order design online, we are able to alter your order within 48 hours. This allows you to place an order with any modifications necessary, at no extra costs. For more information, please contact our team at hello@stevieandsol.com.au.

Can I return my item?

As our pieces are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products due to change of mind.

If you would like to request a return due to a manufacturing fault, please email us with details of your order including order number, reason for return as well as corresponding images, within 14 days of receiving your item.

If your order is approved for return, your item must be returned within 14 days of this approval.
